Located in Songjiang,Shanghai,the R&D Center of Xuzhou B&C Chemical Co.,Ltd.has advanced modern laborato-ries with a total area of 8,000 square meters,in which the Class 100 clean yellow light laboratory with an area of over500 square meters supports photoresist development.It is also provided with advanced photoresist testing equip-ment such as KrF NIKON S204,ILINE112,TEL CLEAN TRACK,Hitachi CDSEM,as well as other physical and chemicaltesting equipment such as ICP-MS,HPLC,GC and IR.
Currently,the Company has over 500 technicians,accounting for over 70%of our workforce.The frontline R&D teamhas over 200 members,in which over 50%have a master's or doctor's degree.The team has rich expertise in organicsynthesis,macromolecular polymerization,and semiconductor-and electronic-grade purification,and hasmastered core production technologies of electronic-grade chemicals systematically.By the end of 2024,over 200patents had been applied for,in which 121 had been licensed.
